Benefits of our Beverages

Kombucha and Water Kefir are all lightly fermented beverages, but they have different benefits of consuming.

KOMBUCHA is basically fermenting tea using a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), and our SCOBY's are hard at work making the best bacteria, probiotics, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals as we speak. SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) is what is used in the fermentation of Kombucha, it consumes the sugar and caffeine in the tea we brew, and in exchange we get a delicious and nutritious beverage. We carbonate our kombucha very lightly and add high quality fruits, juices, spices, and herbs to make a refreshing beverage with loads of healthy goodness. Kombucha contains several different strains of probiotics to assist the gut with digestion and provide energy to help fuel your day!

WATER KEFIR

Water kefir is a fermented, lightly carbonated beverage that we recommend to people that don't like the vinegary aftertaste of Kombucha. Unlike Milk Kefir, which is made from cow, sheep or goat milk, Water Kefir is made by combining filtered water and cane sugar with our water kefir culture which we care for and grow continually to be added to our brews. It is then fermented for 48 hours as the cultures we add eat the organic sugar as a source of food, producing a probiotic beverage rich in beneficial bacteria to help with digestion and gut health. Water Kefir is not only delicious and easy to enjoy, but also packed with health benefits and can be an excellent addition to a well-rounded, nutritious diet.
